Office Boy / Peon

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to assist with daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, and capable of handling basic administrative and housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Help production team with fabric handling & stock
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
• Assist with banking, courier, and other outdoor office-related tasks.
• Manage office supplies and replenish pantry items as needed.
• Support administrative staff with routine office duties.
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

RequirementsMinimum education: 10th Pass / Higher Secondary preferred.

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and multitask efficiently.
