Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

-       Open, maintain and ensure cleanliness and organization of office premise

-       Perform outdoor errands such as visiting banks, bill payments, and other office work

-       Provide clerical support and assist administrative staff

-       Coordinate maintenance and repair activities at the workplace

-       Assist customers and team members with their requirements

-       Pantry management and serving employees and visiting guests

-       Handle documentation, and packaging work

-       Support warehouse and inventory related work

-       Able to Travel and Drive 2-Wheeler (has license)

-        

Qualifications:

-       10th or 12th pass preferred, entry level candidate

-       Experience in office assistance or similar role (not mandatory)

-       Good communication and behavioral skills

-       Knowledge of office operations and management techniques

-       Basic knowledge of documentation and record handling

-       Must be able to communicate in Gujarati & Hindi
