Position: Hyderabadi Biryani Chef (Full-Time)

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Hyderabadi Biryani Chef to join our cloud kitchen team. The candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and maintaining consistent taste, quality, and hygiene standards.

• ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic Hyderabadi Chicken and Mutton Dum Biryani.
• Handle marination, masala preparation, rice cooking, layering, and dum process.
• Ensure consistency in taste, aroma, and quality across all batches.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality and stock requirements.
• Minimize food wastage and control raw material usage.
• Coordinate with kitchen helpers for daily preparation and operations.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders for online delivery platforms.
• RequirementsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in preparing Hyderabadi Dum Biryani.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Hyderabadi cooking techniques.
• Experience preparing biryani in medium to large quantities.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliable, disciplined, and passionate about cooking.
• PreferredExperience in cloud kitchens, restaurants, or catering services.
• Knowledge of kebabs, salan, and raita preparation is an added advantage.
