Job Title:Telesales Executive - Financial Products (Insurance & Investment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Advisory: Connect with customers over the call to understand their financial needs and pitch appropriate Insurance policies (Life, Health, General) and Mutual Funds/Investment plans.
• Demat Account Opening: Assist and guide interested clients in opening Demat accounts and brief them on investment basics.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up regularly with potential leads provided by the company to ensure successful conversions.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other relevant financial products to existing clients based on their requirements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with customers to ensure long-term retention and drive referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in selling Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Demat accounts.
• Industry Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of financial markets, mutual funds, and various types of insurance products.
• Communication: Fluent English along with strong convincing and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
• Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with making outbound calls.
