HR Manager

Perform daily HR operations, including CRM updates, attendance monitoring, and employee records maintenance.

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and department heads.

Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company.

Maintain employee documents and HR files accurately.

Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.

Coordinate with recruitment consultancies and job portals for hiring requirements.

Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support management with other HR-related tasks assigned from time to time.
