Job Summary:
Amigos Alliance LLP is seeking an experienced professional to handle International Hotels, Holiday Packages, and Visa Processing. The role involves end-to-end management of international travel services while ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international hotel bookings and customized holiday packages
- Design and quote international travel itineraries as per client requirements
- Manage visa documentation and processing for multiple countries
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS, and visa service providers
- Track visa application status and ensure timely updates to clients
- Coordinate with global hotel suppliers, DMCs, and vendors
- Manage reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
- Prepare and share accurate vouchers, itineraries, and travel documents
- Handle client queries and provide pre- and post-booking support
- Maintain strong supplier relationships for competitive pricing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in international hotels, holiday packages, and visa processing
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and visa requirements
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
