Position: Floor Coordinator

📍 Location: Villupuram, Puducherry, Chennai Metro, Ambattur, Karaikudi, Tambaram, Coimbatore North

🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, sales, or a related field.

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the branch.
- Guide customers to the appropriate banking counters and services.
- Support customers with basic banking and digital banking processes.
- Manage customer flow within the branch.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
