Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales successfully.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and documentation process.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new project launches.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
