Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our ladies' wear manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in the textile industry, preferably in ladies' garments, and be capable of managing end-to-end production operations while ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Manage the production process for ladies' wear garments.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified timelines.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
- Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch teams.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization to improve productivity.
- Maintain production reports, inventory records, and workflow documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar production role.
- Experience in the textile industry, preferably in ladies' wear manufacturing, is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of garment production processes, quality standards, and production planning.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
