🎓 Qualification: Diploma/B.E. Civil or Degree/Diploma in Interior Design

Job Description :

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, and completing projects within the given timeline.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day interior site execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor labour, materials, and daily site progress.
• Take site measurements and maintain daily progress reports.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with clients during project execution.
• Required SkillsExperience in interior site execution and fit-out projects.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and BOQ.
• Good understanding of materials, finishing, and quality standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune.

💰 Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)
