Senior Interior Designer

Job Description: Interior Designer Position: Interior Designer Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements, prepare design concepts, and manage projects from concept to completion.

• Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Select furniture, lighting, materials, colors, and finishes.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.
• Prepare project estimates, material specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in interior design (freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
• Professional certifications in interior design are an added advantage.
• Skills Required Strong creativity and design sense.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, v-ray or enscape similar design software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent space planning and visualization skills.
• Understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and interior finishes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good project management and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards is preferred.
