Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

• Lead conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural design development.
• Review and approve design concepts, presentations, and working drawings.
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
• Develop innovative and practical design solutions.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prepare project timelines and monitor deliverables.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines.
• Monitor project resources and productivity.

Client Management

• Conduct client meetings and design presentations.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.  

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and other consultants.
• Review technical drawings and specifications.
• Resolve design and site execution challenges.

Site & Execution Support

• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews.
• Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings.
• Address technical queries from contractors and vendors.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, development control rules, fire norms, and NBC guidelines.
• Support approval and statutory submission processes.

Must-Have Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Revit/BIM.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and working drawings.
• Knowledge of Building By-Laws, Development Control Regulations, and NBC.
• Experience in consultant coordination.
• Project scheduling and project management skills.
• Site execution and construction supervision knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Advanced Revit/BIM Management experience.
• LEED, IGBC, or Green Building certification.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed-use developments.
• Expertise in Lumion, Enscape or other rendering software.
• Business development and proposal preparation experience.
• Value engineering and cost optimization expertise.
