Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to connect with job seekers, contractors, vendors, and clients. The candidate will make outbound calls, attend inbound inquiries, explain job opportunities and company services, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the recruitment team.Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).

Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).

Experience with CRM or calling software is preferred.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
