Job Description
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer interactions, receive café orders, coordinate with the operations team, and collect customer feedback to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls and take customer orders accurately.
- Assist customers with menu details, pricing, offers, and delivery information.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for order fulfillment.
- Confirm order details and delivery addresses.
- Follow up with customers to collect feedback on food quality and service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain records of customer orders and interactions.
- Promote café offers and loyalty programs when applicable.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
