Tally Accountant

## Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & BookkeepingAccounting Book Record: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily financial records, including ledger entries, expenses, and sales.

• Documentation: Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, filed, and compliant with company policies.
• Assistance: Support senior accountants with monthly closing activities and basic financial reporting.

2. Order & Dispatch ManagementOrder Call: Act as a key point of contact for receiving, confirming, and processing incoming customer orders via phone or email.

• Dispatch Handling: Coordinate with logistics partners or the warehouse team to ensure orders are packed, labeled, and shipped efficiently and on schedule.

3. Inventory & Material ControlMaterial Inward and Outward: Monitor and log all physical stock entering (inward) and leaving (outward) the facility.

• Reconciliation: Verify physical delivery notes against purchase orders and system records to prevent discrepancies or stock losses.

4. Financial Follow-upPayment Follow-up: Monitor accounts receivable, track outstanding invoices, and actively communicate with clients to ensure timely payments.

• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client queries regarding billing or invoices to maintain positive customer relations.
