Electrician

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Diagnose electrical faults and troubleshoot issues in electrical systems.

Install and connect electrical panels, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.

Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Test electrical systems using appropriate testing instruments and tools.

Replace defective electrical components such as cables, fuses, relays, MCBs, and contactors.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major faults to the supervisor.

Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety practices.

Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete assigned work on time.

Maintain housekeeping of the work area and ensure tools are in good condition.

Attend emergency electrical breakdowns and restore operations promptly.

Ensure proper use of PPE while performing electrical work.
