Filed Service Technician


Roles & Responsibility


  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) of Coffee Day vending machines.
  • Visit 8–10 existing client locations daily to inspect and service the machines.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure all vending machines are maintained and operated as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain service records and update daily visit reports accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts replacement and escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Ensure proper hygiene, functionality, and safety standards of the machines during every service visit.
