Position: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Department: Plant Maintenance
Experience: Relevant experience in Plant Maintenance, Press Machines, Automatic polish machine ,Utilities & DG Operations
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Age Criteria: Below 35 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot MIG welding machines and related automation systems.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of utilities such as compressors, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and air handling systems.
- Operate and maintain DG (Diesel Generator) sets, including synchronization and load management.
- Monitor electrical panels, transformers, motors, drives, and control systems for safe and efficient operation.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Support production activities by ensuring equipment availability and reliability.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and spare consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with production and utility teams for shutdown and maintenance planning.
- Participate in energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment and systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling Press machines , Automatic polish machine and plant automation systems.
- Knowledge of utilities operation and maintenance.
- Experience in DG operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors, and industrial control systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
