Designation Billing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices based on delivery challans and purchase orders.
• Client Interaction: Ensure bills are submitted according to clients' billing cycles, collect receipts and acknowledgements, and address any billing-related queries or issues.
• Database Oversight: Maintain and update the accounts receivable database in real-time, ensuring accurate tracking of all billing and payment activities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate and maintain detailed reports on billing activities, including bills submitted, receipts collected, and any discrepancies. Analyse billing data to identify trends and issues.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and branch locations to review and process bills, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth billing operations.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the billing cycle and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all billing procedures.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor billing staff, providing guidance and training to ensure effective performance and development. Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
