Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage the company's IT systems and provide day-to-day technical support to employees. The role includes laptop setup, software installation, CCTV camera installation, troubleshooting, asset management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth IT operations across office and project sites.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up laptops and accessories for new employees.
  • Install Windows, software, and required applications.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and related networking equipment at project sites.
  • Visit sites for camera installation, maintenance, and issue resolution when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for laptop, camera, and IT equipment purchase, repair, and replacement.
  • Maintain records of IT assets, CCTV equipment, accessories, and service requests.
  • Support employees with new software, portals, and IT tools.
  • Keep systems updated with the latest software and security patches.
  • Prepare basic IT reports using Excel or Google Sheets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or CCTV Installation.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, networking, CCTV systems, and software installation.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites for camera installation and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
