ARO Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced UK Debt Management Lead Generation Expert to join our growing team in Kolkata.
Responsibilities:
- Contact UK customers regarding debt management solutions.
- Understand customer financial circumstances and identify suitable debt solutions.
- Explain the features and benefits of available debt management options in a clear and professional manner.
- Collect and verify customer information accurately.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and campaign requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in UK Debt Management campaigns.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
