Job Description

Job Responsibilities


Prepare customer invoices/bills in the billing system.


Receive cash, UPI, card, and finance payments from customers.


Tally and reconcile total daily collections with invoices.


Enter supplier/vendor purchase invoices into the system accurately.


Receive and verify goods from suppliers against the purchase invoice.


Maintain billing, payment, and purchase records.


Perform basic data entry and maintain records in Microsoft Excel.


Coordinate with the sales team for smooth store operations.


Perform other store-related administrative tasks as required.



Requirements


Must be able to operate a computer confidently.


Must know basic Microsoft Excel.


Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.


Honest, responsible, and punctual.


Prior cashier/retail experience preferred (freshers with good computer skills may also apply).



Working Schedule


Monday: Weekly Off


Tuesday to Sunday: Working


Public Holidays: Working
