Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. We are a manufacturer and wholesaler of office files and stationery products, serving dealers and distributors across India.


The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, following up on orders, maintaining records in Excel, and coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities


Call existing dealers and distributors to take repeat orders and follow up on inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Record customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and stock availability with the production team.

Prepare quotations and share order updates with customers.

Maintain customer and sales records accurately.

Plan and schedule customer follow-ups to ensure regular business.

Assist in day-to-day operational activities and support the management team.


Required Skills


Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is preferred).

Comfortable talking to customers over the phone.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn and take ownership of work.


Who Can Apply?


Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, office operations, or B2B businesses will be preferred.

Educational qualification is not the primary criteria. We value attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn over degrees.
