We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packing Assistant to support our daily warehouse and order packing operations. The candidate will be responsible for packing products safely, checking product quality before dispatch, maintaining packing materials, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack customer orders neatly and safely as per company standards.
• Check products for damage, missing parts, or packaging defects before packing.
• Label, seal, and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Assist in counting, sorting, and organizing stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area.
• Coordinate with the operations team for daily order processing.
• Handle packing materials like cartons, tapes, labels, bubble wrap, polybags, etc.
• Follow instructions carefully to avoid wrong packing or dispatch errors.
• Support loading, unloading, and basic warehouse work when required.

Requirements:

• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Should be punctual, honest, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions properly.
• Prior experience in packing, warehouse, e-commerce, or dispatch work will be preferred.
• Must be able to handle physical work and stand for long hours if needed.
• Attention to detail is important.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce order packing.
• Basic knowledge of barcode labels, shipping labels, and carton packing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: As per experience and interview.
