Asia Dental is looking for a smart, fast, and highly organized Excel & Trading Operations Executive for handling business data, purchase records, reporting, and trading-related operational work.

📌 Candidate must have:

✅ Very Fast Typing Speed

✅ Advanced Excel Knowledge

✅ Strong Data Entry Accuracy

✅ Practical Knowledge of Trading Firm Operations

✅ Ability to handle large raw business data professionally

✅ Strong file & documentation management skills

📌 Required Excel Skills:

• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• IF / SUMIF formulas
• Filters & Sorting
• Data Cleaning & Formatting
• Duplicate Removal
• MIS Reporting
• Professional Report Preparation

📌 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Fast and accurate data entry

✅ Convert raw business data into professional Excel reports

✅ Maintain purchase and trading records

✅ Vendor data handling and documentation

✅ Prepare summaries, trackers & follow-up sheets

✅ Organize files, invoices & business documents

✅ Support purchase and operations department
