Kanholidays is a fast-growing travel company specializing in international holiday packages. We help travelers explore destinations like Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Europe, and more with customized itineraries and seamless travel experiences.
We are looking for a highly motivated Experience Sales Executive who can convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable international travel packages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through calls and chats
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized travel recommendations
- Explain itineraries, packages, pricing, visa requirements, and travel documentation
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain leads in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Upsell additional services such as activities, insurance, and premium upgrades
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in travel sales or holiday packages
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience handling international travel packages
- Ability to close sales and achieve targets
- Knowledge of destinations like Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Maldives, Dubai, Europe
- Comfortable handling high-volume leads
- Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
