Experience Required: 1-4 Years

*Qualification:* Graduate (Minimum)

*Job Responsibilities:*

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients/customers

Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service

Follow up with leads and existing clients regarding services/products

Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly

Build customer satisfaction and retention strategies

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues

Generate repeat business opportunities through relationship management

*Required Skills:*

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of CRM tools/software

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Problem-solving attitude

Ability to handle clients professionally

Basic knowledge of Excel and email communication preferred

Experience in customer handling/client servicing/customer relationship management

Presentable and confident personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
