About the Role

Navrasa Fine Jewels is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to order delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, CAD, QC, and Dispatch teams for order updates.
• Share quotations, order status, dispatch details, and delivery updates with customers.
• Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and customer feedback.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare daily and weekly customer follow-up reports.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Client Servicing.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
