Job Description
- Patient Services: Welcome patients, guide them to departments, and assist with intake forms.
- Scheduling & Calls: Answer multi-line phones and schedule doctor appointments.
- Billing & Records: Process payments, manage invoices, and update electronic medical records (EMR).
- Administration: Maintain visitor logs, handle insurance details, and keep the lobby neat
Required Skills
- Communication: Speak clearly and politely with patients and medical staff.
- Computer Literacy: Use basic office tools and hospital management software.
- Multitasking: Manage phone calls and walk-in visitors at the same time.
- Professionalism: Protect patient privacy and stay calm in busy situations.
