Implementation Executive

Position 1: Implementation Engineer (Fresher/Experienced)

Responsible for successful ERP implementation, technical support and customer onboarding.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

·      Provide technical support and assist in ERP software implementation at customer locations.

·      Install, configure, test and deploy ERP software.

·      Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the development team.

·      Understand customer requirements and communicate customization needs.

·      Coordinate between customers and internal teams.

·      Conduct software demonstrations, user training and knowledge transfer.

·      Support software upgrades and process improvements.

·      Maintain implementation reports and project documentation.

·      Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.

·      Continuously improve technical and functional knowledge.

·      

Be willing to travel for implementation assignments.

Position 2: Project Executive (Fresher/Experienced)

Responsible for leading onsite ERP implementation projects and ensuring successful customer adoption.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

·      Lead onsite ERP implementation activities.

·      Coordinate with client teams, implementation teams and Head Office.

·      Monitor software adoption and operational success.

·      Conduct user training sessions.

·      Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.

·      Recommend business process improvements.

·      Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

·      Coordinate software updates and customer feedback.

·      Monitor learning and submit regular reports.
