Job Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new employees
- Maintain candidate databases and job postings
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Maintain positive work environment and employee engagement
- Handle grievances and disciplinary actions
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
4. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Track employee performance and development plans
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize training programs
- Support employee skill development initiatives
