Sales Executive

Devender Kumar and Sons is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Female Lead Conversion Executive who can convert enquiries into confirmed printing orders. The marketing team will provide leads, and your responsibility will be to build trust with customers, understand their requirements, and convert them into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp, and Marketing Campaigns. • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable printing solutions. • Build customer confidence and establish long-term relationships. • Convert enquiries into confirmed printing job work orders. • Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively. • Maintain lead records and follow-up schedules. • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and order processing. • Make cold calls to potential customers and generate business opportunities. • Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. • Strong convincing and negotiation skills. • Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships. • Confident speaking personality. • Professional phone etiquette. • Good follow-up skills and attention to detail. • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidate only. • Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, Lead Conversion, Business Development, or Client Handling. • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. • Comfortable interacting with customers daily.
