- CompensationFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance)

Job SummaryFEDA India is seeking dynamic, confident, and target-driven Female Membership Advisors to strengthen its Membership Development team. The incumbent will be responsible for promoting and selling FEDA India's membership programs and sponsorship opportunities through telephonic sales, converting qualified leads into members and sponsors, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell FEDA India Memberships to entrepreneurs, business owners, startups, MSMEs, and professionals.
- Generate sponsorship revenue for FEDA India's events, conferences, and business initiatives.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Present membership benefits and sponsorship opportunities effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into successful memberships and sponsorships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using the company's CRM/reporting system.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Submit regular sales and performance reports to the reporting manager.
- Eligibility & SkillsFemale candidates only.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Membership Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software will be an added advantage.
