Job Title: Tele Caller – Service Management Desk (QRC)Department: Customer Experience (CX)
Reporting To: Team Leader

- Key Responsibilities:Manage and track customer complaints and service requests in CRM/ticketing systems
- Ensure timely resolution of issues within defined SLAs and TATs
- Coordinate with NOC, L1/L2 support, billing, and sales teams for issue resolution
- Handle customer escalations and ensure proper follow-ups until closure
- Maintain accurate case documentation and closure remarks
- Monitor aging tickets and highlight critical or delayed cases
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and service quality standards
- Support MIS reporting and operational dashboards
- Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Centre / Complaint Management
- Experience in ISP / Telecom / Broadband industry preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools preferred
- Ability to handle escalations and work in a fast-paced environment
