Job Summary- We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting property visits, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels.

• Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable options.

• Conduct property site visits and presentations.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and sales reports.

• Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline .

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
