Telesales Executive

Job Description (Brief Summary):We are hiring for two different roles within our sales team.

1. Telesales Executive (Female): Office-based role focusing on calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
2. Field Executive (Male): Ground-based role focusing on client meetings, product demos, and closing deals.

• Key Responsibilities:For Female Candidates (Telesales):

• Making outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explaining products/services and converting leads.
• Coordinating with the field team for client meetings.
• For Male Candidates (Field Executive):
• 
  
• Traveling locally to meet clients and pitch services/products face-to-face.
• Closing sales deals and collecting required documents.
• Managing daily field reporting.
• Job Requirements & Eligibility:Education: 12th Pass minimum (Both roles).
• Experience: 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience in sales/telecalling.
• Gender Criteria: Female preferred for Telesales | Male preferred for Field Sales.
• Assets Required (Only for Field Executive): Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
• Skills: Good communication skills, convincing power, and a target-driven mindset.
