Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our business in Jammu and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through field visits and market research.
• Visit government departments, research institutes, hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical companies, industries, and private laboratories.
• Promote DD Bioinfotech's range of laboratory furniture and laboratory equipment.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit weekly sales updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the service and project teams for successful order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (Science or Engineering preferred).
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Experience1–5 years of experience in field sales or business development.
• Experience in laboratory equipment, laboratory furniture, scientific instruments, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, industrial products, or B2B sales will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication and a willingness to travel may also apply.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
• Travel RequirementExtensive travel within Jammu and nearby regions.
• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
