Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal, business, home, or vehicle loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
• Follow up with interested customers until the loan process is completed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure timely loan processing.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and market trends.
