Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry studies to support client projects
- Gather and analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use
- Support senior consultants in client meetings, requirement gathering, and presentations
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable insights
- Maintain regular communication with clients for project updates and follow-ups
- Assist in developing business strategies, process improvement plans, and operational frameworks
- Contribute to proposals, business plans, and feasibility studies for clients
- Identify inefficiencies in client workflows and suggest practical solutions
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate between internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Maintain proper documentation of all project activities and outcomes
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
- Support the team in preparing pitch decks, capability presentations, and RFP responses
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and client-facing meetings
- Stay updated on industry trends, business frameworks, and consulting best practices
- Apply MBA learnings practically to solve real business challenges
- Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives
