Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, monitoring manufacturing processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining quality standards to meet customer and organizational requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes and identify quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
• Handle customer quality concerns and support quality audits when required.
• Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a quality-related role.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering field preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control tools, inspection techniques, and quality standards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
