Job Summary

Buzypro Taxcloud Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive to handle customer inquiries and assist clients with business registration, taxation, and compliance services.

This is an office-based role with company-generated leads. No cold calling and no field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Explain company services to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up with customers for documents and service updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and MS Excel.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Fluent Hindi communication (Mandatory)

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, Client Coordination, or Business Development preferred
• Freshers with excellent Hindi communication may also apply.
