Job Description

The Process Executive will act as a central coordinator between internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and accurate reporting. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and providing the MD with daily insights into project and team performance.



🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between multiple teams (operations, sales, HR, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Collect, consolidate, and present daily reports to the MD in a clear, structured format.
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and highlight bottlenecks or risks.
  • Maintain documentation of meetings, decisions, and follow‑up actions.
  • Support the MD in monitoring KPIs and ensuring accountability across departments.
  • Facilitate communication by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and circulating minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.



🎯 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in coordination, reporting, or process management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
