Job Description
GST Filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
Billing, Invoicing, and E-Invoicing
Accounting entries in ERP/Tally
Bank reconciliation and payment processing
Customer payment follow-up and outstanding management
Vendor payment coordination
Email communication with customers and suppliers
MIS reports and documentation
Support sales and operations teams in administrative tasks
Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries and orders
Follow up with clients for quotations and purchase orders
Prepare and submit quotations/offers
Maintain customer database and records
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and dispatch teams
Order processing and documentation
Email communication and customer support
Generate reports and maintain MIS
Handle telephonic enquiries and lead management
Support business development activities
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel
Good communication and email drafting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles
