Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Team Leader – Business Loan | FTcash

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the telesales team for Business Loan sales, ensuring monthly targets and productivity are achieved.
  • Monitor team performance, call quality, lead conversion, and provide regular coaching/training to improve sales efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and DSAs for lead management, follow-ups, and customer onboarding.
  • Prepare MIS reports, track daily performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and team output.
