Jewellery Store Manager

To manage the daily operations of a store. Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of a store 

and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales, profitability, ROI etc.

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure adherence to store SOPs, security measures (including security of jewellery inventory), and operational standards 
• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation standards  
• Ensure team members possess strong product knowledge and customer service skills. Also maintain discipline, grooming, and professionalism within the team 
• Monitor and Mentor staff performance and provide regular feedback and guidance 
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies. Expand clientele by generating leads and acquiring new customers. Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics regularly
• Oversee inventory planning, stock audits, and reconciliation Ensure stock availability and minimize shrinkage Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams Maintain accurate records in ERP systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports Analyze trends, competitor activity, and market insights Provide actionable inputs to management for growth
