Job Description
Manage and monitor collection performance across the assigned territory.
Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments and reduce delinquency levels.
Handle high-bucket and critical collection cases.
Lead, guide, and motivate Collection Officers/Executives to achieve collection targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Conduct field visits for difficult recovery cases.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for effective resolution of customer issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and collection practices.
Track portfolio performance and identify risk accounts.
Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce NPA levels.
Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
