Job Description

  • Yoga Assessment and Planning- Assess participants' health status, fitness levels, medical history, and physical limitations.
  • Develop customized yoga programs according to age, health conditions, and wellness goals.
  • Modify postures and practices for beginners, elderly individuals, and patients with medical conditions.
  • Demonstrate and supervise correct performance of yoga postures (Asanas).
  • Ensure proper body alignment and posture correction.
  • Monitor participants during sessions to prevent injuries.
  • each and supervise various breathing exercises, including: Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing, Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing), Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath), Ujjayi Breathing, Kapalabhati
