## Salary

**₹16,500 – ₹24,000 Gross per Month + Attractive Incentives**

## Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell Godrej Appliances at assigned retail outlets.

* Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.

* Explain product Features, Advantages & Benefits (FAB) effectively.

* Drive sales of new launches and premium product range.

* Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and brand visibility.

* Maintain excellent customer service and professional grooming standards.

* Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor activities.

* Coordinate with customers for after-sales support whenever required.

* Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.

## Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum **12th Pass (HSSC)** or above.

* **Minimum 6 month** of experience in retail sales, consumer durables, home appliances, electronics, or a related industry Large appliances , Small appliances , Kitchen appliances , Mobile sales .

* Age between **18 to 40 years**.

* Basic English communication skills.

* Smartphone is mandatory for reporting and mobile application usage.

* Candidates with sales promotion or field canvassing experience will be preferred.
