Job Description


  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Maintain proper call documentation and update customer records in the system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets such as Quality, AHT, CSAT, and Attendance.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the concerned department whenever required.
