Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day interior finishing and fit-out activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project engineers.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and timelines.
  • Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage labour deployment and material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.
  • Resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
  • Verify measurements and monitor finishing works such as flooring, false ceiling, painting, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
